I bought this boat when i was 18 soo I've had it around 8 years. I have no idea what it is. I just started working on it hard this past year, I sanded the whole boat and ground and glasses every stress crack ( dozens upon dozens)... And we just painted its base. It came with a disassembled 12jg pump with a stainless A impeller. It has a fin on the bottom that looks like its been there forever. We blueprinted the bottom , basically just took out any waves, we left the hook in and the negative hook behind the pump. Here's the only pic on this phone, I'll put every thing I have up in the am. If anyone know why it might be, I'd
Love to hear !

With the limited information you have thus far It sure looks like a Renegade.
Is it heavy, or stupid light?
What are the first four digits of the HID number?
Almost forgot, welcome and Buffalo? .....Like Buffalo New York? Hows the weather?
-
Buffal new York yes sir. It's crappy here now. We only have good summer everything else is gray and crappy. Umm four people can lift the boat ... The transom is pretty thick, and there were no hull numbers on it anywhere. I has the whole
Transom down to glass, no evidence of any numbers

The only other place to try to find a number (if it exists) would be under the dash on the left... We had a Renegade years ago that was a purpose built race hull, no numbers anywhere... But I could have not only lifted the hull myself, but I could have carried it around... (not really, but it was stupid light) I bet it weighed less than 500 pounds with dew on the deck.
-
From the front it looks similar to my Rogers. I know he built some race boats before he started selling to the public. If it is one that might be why the imprint of the hull ID numbers aren't there.
-
That's kinda what I thought because of the big fin on the bottom. It's a really well built hull with full length stringers. Any idea how old it could be if it was an early Rogers?
-
I think the first Rogers Bubble deck (Bonneville) was 73. But not positive. More pics of the side and transom would help ID this thing. Looks good tho. What are your plans? Race? River cruiser?

It could be a rogers or possibly a Bahner. Someone else will chime in that will know the difference between the 2

Blown more lol!! We built a brand new spare long block when we built his 1300's last year, and since we never used it, I bought a set of 365 darts and the blower/intercooler setup of a merc 900 sc

It has to be a Rogers. These pics look identical to my boat. As far as the year the only thing I know for sure is my brother-in-laws Dad bought the 2nd Bonneville Bubbledeck from Roger in 1974 that was sold to the public. He always smiles when he talks about the boat and the serial number ending in 002. He built it to go really fast in the late 80's and sold it in 94 when he bought a Howard.
Here's what mine looks like from the back.

What was the howard ????

He mellowed out a bit with the 1994 Howard 22' Deep V set up with a 502 Magnum that he built up a little.
-
About 6 years ago I looked at a 74 Hondo the hull looked exactly like that

I was thinking Hondo also. The barrel back on it reminds me of a Flatty of about the same era I looked at some time ago.
But you can't deny the similarities between the Rodgers pics from the keester of them!

Whatever it may be I love how it looks.... Nothing like it around here... Lots of spectra's and a few eliminators
