Title: need a wiring guy!
Post by: ltbaney on June 04, 2012, 08:24:41 AM
after looking around im not going to put the 392 in the miller :( the cost of the exhaust i want is more than im willing to spend on the whole deal (4 to 6 thou) so im stayin wiht my freshend up 460. the problem is the wiring in my boat is beyond a nightmare. wires changes colors, end half way wire nuts. im not a wire a guy but im willing to work a trade for welding or machining service or just flat out pay to have it done. any recomendations on shops or anybody here have an intrest in it?

I'm about to re-do mine. Should be in a week or so. I'm going to have a friend of my dads walk me through. He's a mechanic but has re-do a few of his own boats and toys.
I'm in the same situation with my boat you are, other than I've already had problems. Shorted some stuff out, possibly. Haha
