Title: New Dominator drive
Post by: jet boat performance on April 09, 2008, 08:55:08 PM
Thought you folks might appreciate the "beauty" and precision of this new Dominator drive (headed for Minnesota) had to install an inducer today prior to shipping Tom

Is this a bolt in for old Dominator's and Berkeley's or does the intake need to be changed as well?

Its a direct bolt up replacement for Berks etc ,however the Bowl OD is larger by a smidge , we have developed a Transom adaptor "program to handle that however'

PW  (Double TD lol  ;) ) its really not that the jet is so much more efficiant as its is IMO stronger ( beefy bowl and suction) ,comes with OE 17 4 race shaft (inducer ready) and it has the new style front bearing and seal set up, And can easily be set up for more "internal" choices more later ;D

I had it on a fender cover up on the bench, it was so damn pretty.  Didn't want to scratch or scuff it when i put the inducer in :P ;D

No Hi-helix.   "Coinage" hard to say, MSRP dollars 4000+, but UPS broke his Berkeley so.........

Take lots of pictures of the packaging that it was "up to par" and then there will be no questions, just a check!

Jeremy's right ALWAYS photo your valuable UPS shipments ,AT actually has little labels that have a small vial that changes color when "jarred'/"shocked"  (dropped)  at a certain rate, well worth the expense when it comes to proving your claim on a $3600 pkg...Tom
