looks nice. bigblockchevy is right, theres nothing better then taking your boat out knowing that its on the water and running just right because of your own two hands. is the motor stock ? i also have a 455 in my boat

The gentleman I purchased the boat from bought a rebuilt motor from a friend he said, He told me it was 10/1 compression but did not know much else. So today if it does not rain I am going to replace the valve cover gaskets since one leaks a little and see what the rockers look like. It has parts on it to suggest it does have some work done to it. I am hoping its a 9/1 motor since I have a 671 available and that would be perfect.  But the wiring on the boat was hacked since he pulled a lot of gauges and random things out of the boat for another one and was not very graceful.  First pic is the Home of the boat for the summer and second was yesterday getting it in the water and running with water and checking everything then drove it to the house boat. My dad was excited for another boat to be at the house.

Got 10 hours of work in yesterday, got the wiring to the motor all re done now time to tackle the boat harness but that is the easy part.  Still need to relocate the diverter plate hydraulic box. Also got the stereo half way installed with a new Pioneer deck and Hertz Audison HSK 165 separates in custom kick panels. I am changing the color of the carpet to grey also.  I will install the subwoofer today and work on the interior then out for lunch best date machine ever lol.
