Title: Panther jet conversion

I have a 79 Carrera day cruiser that came with a panther jet. I'm looking to maybe doing a conversion of some kind but not sure of the best way to do it without having to rebuild the stern of the boat. Anyone with experience with the conversion options I'd be interested in your opinions on them   thanks

I believe Jet boat Performance has a conversion to a mixed flow pump.

I did the panther conversion on mine from Tom @ JBP and it made the boat way smoother and more responsive. it also brought my rpm's way down i now cruise at 65-70 mph @ 4500 rpm rather than 6k or more. I also highly advise investing in a place diverter.
