got it back today woo hoo

heres some pics
ken pulling the dolly out

putting it back on the trailer

and back on

once you see it done its not really that hard to do

she's finally home

now to the finished product witch i'm really happy about

the tunnel ram is just on so i didn't have it exposed to the elements, i will run a 800dp just to keep it simple.

got back to work on the boat this weekend and i didn't like the 4 point mounts, so we started to fab a rail kit.

as usual the plates are a bitch to cut out

rails drilled and cut

started to polish the rails

What type of polisher are you using? What kind of polish are you using? Did you have to sand the parts first? Thanks! BTW nice progress and nice boat, you and your family are going to love it.

i use a bench grinder with a wheel, i did use a d/a sander with 320 first then i hit it with the green rouge. it cane out better than the picks show
