What's wrong with people :banghead: cover your boats. You'd have to see what kind of water damage is inside due to holding water. If solid maybe start at $800?? Wait till end of the month when rent is due!!

There's a jet boat in the neighborhood that's been sitting on flats for at least 10 years but with a quality cover. I've tried to contact by mail with no answer.

Yeah I don't understand... If you don't care enough to cover it and leave it out, why not sell it. :o

2 months?  just hook it up and drive it away.  that'll get their attention.

When you went to the front door, did you smell "rotting hamburger"?  :P

I would have a peace officer friend of yours pull a name off of the HID number...  ;) Done it here in California a bunch.

Cool little boat, but "Don't buy it unless you can steal it for a song"...

Well I stopped and left another note on the door. Same as before. The whole place looks deserted. I think it needs way too much work. Gelcoat is all gone.

Do you know anyone in real estate?  If so they can access information on the owners. I am guessing it was a vacation house that became less of a priority when the economy took a turn for the worse.

Well got a return call from said boat owner. He has lost his mind. Wanted $$ 8000.00 for said boat and said motor prolly wasn't any good cause it froze and pushed out freeze plugs. He kept goin on and on about how good the hull was. Lol.
