Depending on what your plan is... Keeping it or selling it, you need to make a couple decisions.
If your going to sell it: Spend some money on it and make it run (go through the carbs, clean the fuel tanks, replace fuel and water hoses, inspect/replace spark plug wires, buff it out or color sand it depending on condition...). Keep it simple but the more useable it is when you go to sell it the more you can get for it.
If your going to keep it: Spend some money on it and make it run (go through the carbs, clean the fuel tanks, replace fuel and water hoses, inspect/replace spark plug wires, buff it out or color sand it depending on condition...). Keep it simple but the more useable it is when you go to use it the more you'll enjoy it.
And the more you can do yourself the more $$$ it will save you.
