Title: To Cut the headers shorter or not?
Post by: 427taylor on December 16, 2016, 10:39:55 PM: Just looking for other opinions on the look. My headers hang over past the transom about four inches. Should I cut them flush or leave em? Thought?

yup I agree leave em long. They compliment the rear of the boat nicely👍. To GT"s point if you shorten them they will get messy, it being a nice white boat and all.

Yeah it's all looks. They hang out like a dick on a fish to me. I thought if I cut em flush with the transom it would look better. Make it look like the headers were made to fit. I wipe it down all the time anyhow lol.I seen some guys have em cut way before the transom. Wasn't going to do that
