Title: What is the best way to get weight out of the back of the boat?
Post by: bkplesh on June 03, 2007, 09:33:39 PM: I was think of moving the batteries to the front and un glassing my tanks and moving them forward too. the boat sits way to low in the water and the bow is way up in the air.

Sounds like a good start if not ending. Gas is not only pricey but it's also heavy.

Why would I want to go lowwer? The boat run great. just don't like how it sits in the water. It is one of the funniet boats I've owned. And I've alot. v-drive,i/o,jet.single outboard and twins. tunnel v's and flats

That's what I don't want to do is mess it up. But I don't think it will, the boat rides 70% in the water to 95mph with or without someone or two sitting in the front of the boat.
