Post what you’re working on over the winter. Doesn’t have to be boat related!
Here is one of my main projects below to start this off.
Replacing the flooring and original carpet and having the wood framing/structure replaced in the original seats. Also Going to install new fuel filter & water pressure regulator with driver side dump, all new HPS water hoses and new fuel lines as well as remove and if necessary replace the internal fuel tank pickups (probably original), new throttle cable and cleanup the stereo amp wires. The boat is a 1977 Tahiti Super Tiger and was all original with under 70 hours when I got it two years ago. Should be a busy winter with a lot more work to do. Pics below. I want to put the water pressure regulator dump on my side so I can feel it with my hand while running. Any thoughts on that decision? I am a bit hesitant that it will look out of place. Anyone have pics of a similar setup?

Looking bitchin bro . I just finished all my mechanical shit and installed and doing the shake down on Friday at Parker . Gona run it for this season then the real fun stuff is getting done over the next winter . Derick Myers is sounding all the glass , gel , stingers . Nice man! Are you having the gel coat redone or just wet sanding/buffing? Mine shines well but is cracking a lot at the bow. I’m wondering if a full strip and new gel coat is my only option.I’m doing full sand down and new gel all round , top and bottom . Doing new floors in it and resin . Want this to be like a brand new boat .

Finally got my seats wrapped and they game out sweet. Got some pics of the motor getting some love and a huge shout out to Nick at Mad Skillz for all the cool stuff he has made for me. He definitely takes pride in his work and gets it done in a timely manner with good prices.Did you get your intake and valve covers chromed?

Not a jet, but me and a buddy are redoing a hydrostream vulture. New stringers and a good chunk of the core got put in today. I have never had an outboard before so it should be fun. We are putting a 200 merc on it with 10 or 12 inch setback with a low water pickup on it and hoping to cut the mid down to a 15 inch....but we will see....and somebody painted it black over the beautiful original blue flake paint🤬Oh and a new transom of course

I have a 1985 Youngblood FX19 and it’s an ok jet boat but what I was wanting to no is the back of your boat you have those platforms with the steps on them. And I love that because my wife’s biggest bitch is “ Well If You Get Out Of The Boat, How The Hell Ya Getting Back In” and I hate to say it but she is right...LOL... I’m almost 50 and I can’t do what I did when I was 25... so anyway sorry so long but I was hopping you might be able to steer me in the right direction. Thank You So Much for your time and again. Got the pressure relief water dump mounted port side and installed all new HPS water lines as well as picked up the exhaust from the chromers! Lots more to do but I’m thinking a couple more solid days and she’s ready!Going to replace the original 37amp Motorola alternator. Any suggestions on a reliable marine replacement? Would like a chrome or black one.

Boat is getting an inducer, stuffer plate and full impeller detail. And I think I'm gonna play with my setup a little but and gonna flip my wedge and see what that does once it's back togetherHeck ya! Get her scooting along even better
