My buddy bought this 21 tandem axle trailer frame to make a flat bed out of it.    Seems like it would be easier to just use the axles Ned build a new frame,  so this frame is for sale less axles and fenders.   No paperwork but it would make a great start for a dolly project.     $200 OBO
