What motor did that come off of? Any idea on the amperage?

Came off of this boat. BBC and I'm pretty sure rex marine used to sell these. No idea on the amps.

Is there something that's suppose to bolt inside the harmonic balancer?

I had one of these that I was going to run on my flat bottom. The main bolt for the harmonic balancer was an aluminum machined insert that had some rubber pads. The alt had the maring aluminum insert.
