Probably better than China I'm thinking.

Anyway..... They are in good shape. The only flaw ( other than the worn out finish) is where the breathers were set..... Someone went nuts with a drill. They fabbed a piece of aluminum for a spacer. They did not leak when I ran em last summer. The breathers themselves are in excellent shape. 30 minutes polishing and they'll shine up nicely.

Long damn explanation for free.....
