Bought it for last boat and ended up building the rogers and doesn't fit 64in width 150 obo

Is the hardware on it plastic or Stainless?

For the straps are stainless ant the actual mounts are plastic

I think it's 36 inches I believe it's not tall I got the shortest I could find
