Just an update.  I did get all the parts and it does look very good, but it also looks as if it were bolted up to something if not for long.  All in all, this was a very good buy.   ;)

it was installed but i dont think ever ran, he decided to part out the project, i got the hull & a friend of a friend picked up the motor
