I'm not sure about degrees, it does measure top and bottom, from mounting flange to center of pin 81/4" with overall length of 9". I hope that helps. I'm thinking it is probably 0*, not sure.

If the pin holes are in same location then its 0 but in the lower is slightly out an top is slightly in then its a 4.

4 is the better option in my opinion as it gives your diverter a 4* advance. Once you ad a wedge your always +4 at pin. A full droop is 7* at pin. Its best to call Dwayne from HTP an give him details on your hull,HP an pump.
