I didn't think so, but I thought I would ask.

The feet are there and I don't want to drill more holes.

will do get the stringer to stringer width so i can check to see if it will work

Never mind I was wrong mine does have the top starter mount it was hidden under my wire block

I'll double check, but it's like 20 1/2" between stringers
