I cant find the place right now but I will keep looking for ya.  As far as measuring all you have to do is determine the length of the area that you want covered as well as the width and how tall ya want it.  Measure it from where you would mount it.

K..Thanx Ryan..I bought one from dsrtrat a couple a weeks ago..so it's all good for me! 

How much did it run? My bimini, with the new seating, is a tad too small.
