Do you know what inch size it is.  I'm guessing 38"

Are you asking if it's 38" around the waist or 38" around the chest?

I believe that it is 38" chest because that is what a medium/ large size is on a clothing scale.Also they can be re worked as far as I have been told a buddy of mine sent his to lifeline and they sewed an extension into the heavy duty zipper to accomadate his extra lbs. of weight gain etc.
