That's either a Carter or Carter clone like an Edelbrock.

I dont want to admit what it is. Hint: starts with PRO ends with COMP. But i need a new one ASAP. ... Whats up with PRO/CAM? Looks just like this too. But $180!

So I splurged and bought one. $200 dollars for a leaking fuel pump. I gotta pay to mail it back so they can fix it.

Where does it leak from?
I've seen this before on the Carter and the Edlebrock Performer.
Bad casting?
Your luck just sucks.

Looks like from the gaskets. I snugged em up some but still leaked.

Well I guess you could look at it this way. If you bought it from some Chinese importer, you would be completely screwed. If you bought a used one and it leaked, screwed again, if you bought a Pro Comp again, lateral expensive move.
CS Cams will do you right.
I've rebuilt mine once in the last 6 years I've owned it. It's a nice piece.
Sorry for the troubles my man.
It's not supposed to be this hard.
If only she would say that once in a while.... LMAO

I did start thinking about it exactly the way you wrote it. And I agree.
