Your 850 need a rebuild or is it ready to rock?

it was rockin on my southwind. i changed it out because i had a QuickFuel 850 layin around.

i also swapped it out because i thought there was an issue with it. The motor just wouldnt idle when cold and surged. turned out it was due to the cracked heads. It still wouldnt idle even after i swapped it out with the QFT which was damn near new.

its a little dirty so i'll blast it with some carb cleaner before i send it.

I had some unexpected costs on a pair of custom tanks I had ordered.  If you have the scoop in a few weeks I wii grab it, but until then..........

im calling bullshit.....i just pulled up the invoice for it....its a 4500.....i did lie though, its not a summit, i got it from jegs apparently lol

so if they honestly sent me the wrong one, im pissed after that whole ordeal with the QFT carb.

wait! didnt you test fit it to the 850 i had in my garage to confirm it was for a 4500....but yet wouldnt fit my 4500 QFT?

i dont know...im confused now. let me know what you wanna do. i will make the deal right either way.

I can tell you this, it definitely doesn't fit a Holley 1050 Dominator, at least not the one on my workbench. But it fits my Holley 950HP just fine. Tell you what, order up a 4500 one from Jeg's and ship it to me, that'll make it square. I'll give you this one @ Blythe, send that shit back to Jeg's.
