E and F are basically the same pump the F came with a diverter

I have had several E pumps Never an F. I like the E it's not the "fastest" pump and they are not as interchangeable to swap out since the intake is actually glassed into the hull but yea good pumps. I like having the hand hole out side the boat it allows for opening while in the water with out sinking your boat.

Ah ok ya it looks like that but I know it's an F.  Just wanted to know if they are decent or crap pumps.  Sounds like they are decent but not the best.  Better than other pumps out there?  I also have a jacuzzi 12WJ/B.

Really depends on the application and intended use.

Towing family and friends.  Skis, tube, wake and knee board

The F / E is perfect for this. Like I said earlier one great thing about these is the hand hole cover outside the boat cause it's a matter of when not if you suck up a rope sit on the pump open the hole cut out the rope and on your way. with the hand hole inside the boat it's be towed or paddle the boat to shore to open the hand hole cover to remove the rope.
