Title: Two 13 Gallon Stainless Gas Tanks

I bought these for my boat so I can have more fuel. I went to put them in today and they're too damn big. They come as is. I don't have any straps to go with them. It's strictly the tanks as is. I have never put fuel in them but I have no clue if the previous owner has.
I'm asking $700 obo.
