I saw that this morning too. Yup, Bennett trim tab cylinder, looks like a jacuzzi GE reverse bucket, rest of it, who knows???

There was another company that made the adjustable trim devices years ago too. I almost bought one used a couple years ago. Trying to remember the name of it.........Something "bear" is sticking in my mind.........
