does anyone have a pair or one for sale?? or does anyone kno where i can get a pair for a good price?
i found some on Rex Marine . com but they are like 500 bucks..

try hitting up jim brock.  i dunno if his are billet but i remember him having a few pairs of steps at the swapmeet.
