the normal space rent is 280 plus electricity. He says this one is hooked up to sewer, I believe they are a little more but not by much.

RR474, I would double check on your choice of awnings, the powers that be made us all take down our shade cloth awnings There are a couple of options for metal awning, and a guy in camp that does them.

Thanks for the info HONDO_JET, that sucks. I can see how the metal roof on the trailer next to me, looks much better than the canvas or tarp canopy NOT. Lol and sorry for the tread jack.
