1963 Boles Aero model 310C
Aluminium sided trailer, rear bath, 10 gal. electric water heater, 2 twin beds, 1 full bed, 2 window a/c, 1 is new 10,000 btu. Roof was covered in a 3" thick foam, new window covers and added sun shield reflective cover. The only thing we didn't replace was the carpet.
The boat parking is 42' long 12' wide= 27' is concrete and the rest is gravel.
Space rent $295 includes water, trash, & sewer. Power is Colorado Indian Tribes "BIA" located in Parker base fee is $10.80 a month plus usage.
This has been a quiet spot with full time residents to the rear and one side.

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking? When I bring my boat from AZ I'm stopped at the bug check in Blythe and they check if my plug is in. Once I forgot it and they asked to remove it.

The last time I was in Cali every lake had a 10 day mussel hold that's why I was asking. I go to the river and lake mead through the summer and never had a problem. Just checken the rules

Your right about the hold, all Ca. State park lakes have a muscle inspection. Your boat must be completely dry. I'm not sure about city owned lakes other than #smellsomemore (Elsinore) about not having an inspection. Lost lake is on the river in Blythe, no inspection.
