Title: Lost lake 208
Post by: 73nordicbbc on July 27, 2015, 11:27:08 AM
Selling my set up. 28 foot trailer. double axle with tires. Full bath, 2 twin beds and one futon. New steps, has concrete slab, plumbed PVC and abs pipe, 2 ac units keep it 60 degrees on those hot days. Quiet one way street, awesome neighbors, 80 yards from store and gas pump. Asking $1000obo on trailer. Spot monthly is $250. 15-20 minutes from parker and big river. Owned it 3 years but can't afford the monthly anymore. Really don't want to separate spot from trailer. But will do so. Need it sold by august 5th short sale spread the word please.

Is that a $1000 obo for trailer and space? Do you have any pics of the inside? Spot monthly  $250 year around or is there a  higher summer rate.

Yeah 1000obo for trailer that you can keep in spot or pull it out. The space monthly is 250 all year. Power stays consistent too. If you rip it out. Lost lake offers storage for 40 monthly year round.

I decided to pay rent one more month till Sept. and can head out there if there's interest, any reason is a good reason to take the boat out.

Yes pics of the inside would help. What year and make is the trailer? Do you have a title for it? Has there been any leaks/water damage? Are all the appliances working and in place? Thx Andrew

Sorry guys no pics of inside. Never thought I'd be getting rid of it. I'll be out there the weekend of the 22nd and I'll take some pics. I have the lien title paperwork that lost lake gave me when I bought it. Never registered it under my name. When you walk in, there is a living room kitchenette area. Kitchenette includes sink, microwave, electric flat top, when you walk towards back has two twin beds with storage above and below, at back of trailer is bathroom with tub sink toilet and closet with water heater. This is how I bought it. I did toilet and faucets. The layout is definitely the original from factory. I'll check what year it is and get back to you.

Not while I've had it. Has some mastic looking white stuff all over top. Someone before me set it up like a permanent weekend party spot. I family-ized it. From what I got from neighbors person before me owned it many years. Sat empty for few years than I came around dusted cobwebs out and cracked open beers.

And I typed the layout as definitely original... I meant definitely not original. My bad damn beer goggles. This place is "custom" layout.

What is the width and depth of the lot. And will the park allow a new mobile home to be installed on the lot if purchased.

And is it a year to year lease from C.R.I.T. Or is the rent thru lost lake?

It's about 22 by 40. But if you want to set a trailer down there are other spots that are clear with no trailer just on other sides of resort. It is a month to month lease with lost lake. If i pull trailer to upgrade park requires new one to be 10 years old and newer.
