Guys it kills me to do this and i am going to regret it later but i am going to sell my trailer at Water Wheel! Water Wheel is the nicest place on that part of the River! My place is a super cute single wide 2 Bedroom 1 bath with a large living room, large kitchen it has really sweet covered R.V. Storage. I will leave the place furnished and will include the 2 golf carts. Space rent is $355.00 a month and you could not get a 100 feet of covered R.V. storage for $355.00. Place is 400 feet off water and i have great neighbors! Water Wheel is a fun family park not a party park! I bought this place in 2007 for $60000,00 and i will give it away for $45000,00 and there is nothing in Water Wheel as nice as my place for $45000,00. Call me at 714-271-2200 my name is Jeff.

WTH ??? First I read this and I'm getting a huge chubby. WW is the nicest park on the nicest part of the river anywhere. Then I get to the last line where he says his singlewide is the nicest coach in the place. Dude, there are some redneck mansions in that park, let's talk sq. ft. in the 1000's.
Then I see he posted this 2 years ago. And I see it resurrected by a comment that is mostly incoherent posted by a guy who seems to be just passing by.

. There's a trailer at Water Wheel for sale for 27,000. It's on racedezert. Single wide but clean.
