Title: Spot on row one at MacIntyre

Selling my spot.  Pretty deep spot.  Can fit 2 boats. Has a canopy over the boat parking. Has a 25' fifth wheel on it with all the basics working.  Will be out there Easter if you want a tour or pics.  Great place for kids.  Grassy and lots of kids on this row.  Asking 6k

Thanks man, I actually just called down to the park. I'm guessing this is a non sewer spot?

I've been considering getting a place for a while. I've only been to Mcintyre once but it seemed cool. This would be an inexpensive way of trying it out it seems. I'd love to be able to leave the boat or boats out there and just make the run up there on weekends with no trailer, less than 3 hours from home that way.

Is there a map that shows the spot layouts in the park?

Not a sewer hook up. They do have a service they charge I think 7 bucks for to dump the blackwater tank. That is what I have them do when I leave. I love leaving my boat there and being able to haul ass there in about 3 hours or less too.

That's cool I still think I'm going to pull my camper out and keep it in there storage they have on sight so hopefully we see each other out there

The 2 areas they have for camping are very nice :thumbup: You get to camp on grass not dirt and rocks, and they both have great views :beer: :beer:

Good to know I'm getting a new Ac and cleaning it up so its ready for out there I've looked at a few other places but this one seems look the best and sounds like a lot of people off here stay there
