Title: Spring Break in Nevada
Post by: MID-LAKE-CRISIS on November 20, 2013, 08:11:15 PM
planing a trip down south, coming up this April (during my sons spring break)
splitting our time tween Vegas and Laughlin,
looking into real estate, have a fairly good idea regarding Bullhead & south,
question is... where would you recommend in the Vegas area ??

areas to look in, areas to avoid.        (mostly lookin at condos...but?)
appreciate any & all advice from locals and regulars
 thx again, in advance

 Vic

dates Apr. 18 - 28th. looking to book a couple nights in Lake Las Vegas,
head south for a night in Laughlin/BHC,
then back up to Vegas for the money shot  >:D

 anyone..... any tips....please

thx, any thoughts/opinions on the Lake Las Vegas development/community ?
seems grossly under priced - should turn around with time...no ?

It hard to know when things will turn around but remember that when buying realestate is allways going to be a good investment aslong as you by cheap. Good luck...
