Is this thing going to be done by next year?

Any ways, I went over to my buddy house and Mark Newhand stripped his truck down to the frame......He's only been working on it for 2 week and he's start to re-build it already... It has new, front arm(upper and lowwer) new gas tank(lowwed down in the frame) new inside cage, new front hood (no pins) new shocks and bump stop(re-mounted and bigger)ect. and thing are going out to power coating.....I want him to build me some spindle like his new ones.....they are bad ass

as of now im not in the position to lose the down payment so im trying to get as much as i can out of him I have a couple of others shops in mind but Im questioning if I even want to do this build anymore its hard to keep throwing money at basically nothing this is all he has done in 11 months
