Last weekend I went to FSA(four stroke association) to crew for a few guys, I had a blast!

I was young, dumb and going too fast for what I was trying to do. I was trying to turn at the top of a razor and roost off the edge :screwy: What in fact I did was go over the top, bury the front tire (atc) and flip end over end. The bike landed on my arm and hyper-extended my elbow :'(

Doctors claim that there was no broken bones but my elbow was the size of my thigh.

So now when I overwork it, I'm sore for a couple weeks.

Yea they raced at Banshee hill. It's a cool place to drag race, but for duning I can ride around 1/2 an hour and go through the whole place, I'll stick with Glamis ;D
