Ya but now it stops for a while till I can come up on some money for more parts. Im thinking about selling my motor to get cash for some shocks, or sand tires. I want to make it a roller soon!

little bit further along.

Had to re build the rear trailing arm cuz the first set were way to wide  :D With the paddles on the car it measures 96" from outside of tire to outside of tire :-\ cant go any norrower. The trailing arms are just mocked up on the car right now but will have them button up soon. ;)

What do ya guys think so far?

Looks great. It may be the pictures but is the "roof" of the cage really tall?

Its a little taller! I have like 6" of head room. The seats are raised 4" off the floor. the side railing is 20" tall and from the top of that to the top of the roof is 27" tall.

With the paddles on the car it measures 96" from outside of tire to outside of tire

The front measures with the a-arms leveled out 93" from end of spindle to end of spindle. It shrinks down as the arms drop down. So I will have to ratchet the front suspension to get the car in the trailer :-\

Why is it too wide? Just cause of trailer restrictions or something else?

I could be wrong, but... On buggies, isn't the front track width supposed to be a little wider than the rear?

Makes sense to me so the tires don't both go in the same exact rut in the sand...

That's how it was on the R/C cars I used to race anyways... Maybe the real thing is different.   ???

Well my inside door measures 96" on the trailer so I might have to run it on donuts to get it in the trailer! Its not too wide otherwise. Before I made the new trailing arms it was 12" wider in the rear :o

so the tracking front to rear, will be close ;)

Ya it will be damn near the same with depending on the front tires  ;)

Hell I dont know what it is supposed to be! I dont think that it really matters. I just dont like the way they look when the front is narrower than the rear  ;D
