Title: New Attachment Limits

I made some changes to the rules on attachment sizes. It used to be pretty small, but I have bumped it up to higher so you guys dont have to resize pictures before attaching them. Its now 5mb per image, 8 images max per post.

Of course, this is in reference to the website and doesnt involve the mobile app.
