Site Down...
« on: September 03, 2007, 12:47:49 AM »
As some of you have noticed, this site was down for some time today. I am completely disgusted as to the reason behind it.

My host shut down the server because it pretty much felt like it. I demanded to speak to a manager and was told there was not one working. 5 minutes later I get a generic update in the ticket from the manager apologizing and trying to say it was my fault because I didn't respond to a ticket, but yet they never tried to call me.

So now I am searching for a new host. This one is GARBAGE. If I shut down at work for the reasons they shut down mine, I would be FIRED and they would have handed me the bill for lost revenue.

I am sorry to anyone who tried to access this site today. It was down from about 2:30pm to 12:30am. Everything is back online and working as normal, but this isnt the end of it. I assure you.

The problem with America is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?
