Silver wood lake

Going out to silver wood today with 3 other boats. Anyone else going out there ? Not much time left for the blue water run gotta make sure boats are on point 🍻

I was out there today, to broke for the opener so I decided to try Silverwood for the first time! Its pretty nice out there, only one other jetboat on the water and a bunch of angry fishermen!

They didn't hassle you about your headers? Do they have baffles? I was gunna go there today but figure they pop me right off the bat for being too loud.

thought you were heading to Elsinore with Tyler? Silverwood a a better lake but you need baffles.

Elsinore was closed for the weekend for a ski race. Tyler bailed out to Laughlin last night I couldn't make it happen though.

We went often growing up. Havnt been there in years. We were at Puddingstone on Friday testing. Had like lake to ourselves.

I did not get hassled at all, open headers, no baffles! and it was loud as hell! I did put a little more water thru the headers tho to quiet it down a little!

Went to Castaic to test went threw the hole inspection launch out for 5min and kick me off for no baffles. Called looked at there website nobody had a clue what I was talking about on open headers. but the cops came out and told them to wave me in hahaha

I just did some testing at silver wood today. Nice day and boat ran good. I go to silver wood all the time and have never been mess with. I have no baffles and never ran them there. If the lake is clear and not a punch of idiots on the lake they don't bother us. It's not a bad lake and you won't have any issues.

The orange one was a nice boat. I played around with him a little on one of my runs. He came by and had a beer. Nice boat it was a Nordic.

That's the spot. I always go there. Don't have to fight the waves coming in the back of the boat and the water is pretty clear.
