Boats and Hoes
i want to see the pics so here's how i reduce the picture size.
right click on your pic and click OPEN WITH PAINT
click on IMAGE and click STRECH/SKEW
change the stretch values(the % depends on your picture size) i do 38% Horizontal and 38% Vertical and click OK
your picture size is now reduced (you must now save the picture)
click on FILE and SAVE AS..  (then save where ever you normally save pics)

Just an innocent question here . . .  what purpose does hiding the vessel numbers in your pics serve?   I'm just curious, it seems like a PITA to me.

if you have access to run the #'s you can find the address to where it is registered and go steal it

Hate thieves also, but have to disagree somewhat. What is to say that someone drives by your house and decides to steal your ride. What does it matter if it is posted online or not. They drive by and go let's get this one. Granted if ya have a boat to sell online, ya you run the chance of getting it lifted, they may say I'll be back :screwy:  Ya they come back and snake your ride, ya never know these days, and I don't think a CF or any other state number is going to matter. Just my .02

Those that are given access to DMV records has to have a legitimate business reason for doing so, and also has to sign disclosures stating they will not access records for personal reasons. Not just anyone can access these records. It doesn't keep dishonest folks from doing so, but does help keep the honest people honest......

its not hard to get that info from numbers, its who you know. call it whatever you want...not dishonest if you need to get to a person and thats a way to find 'em. i like the draggin 'em back to the lake plot looops.
