Elsinore launch spots

Havent been for a few years. Where's a good spot to launch at elsinore? headed there monday 7-20 to float the weimans for the first time.

NORTH end of the lake off riverside dr. its the last turn in i believe if your coming from the 15.

That is the place I launch from. Its nice and you could launch like 12 boats at the same time with there big ramp.

ya it is like a camp ground or something, stay away from the city run launch it blows..
here are the directions

15 fwy either direction get off at lake street and head towards elsinore

make a left at the 3rd light.(there is a school there you will see)

then make a right at the 4th light(known as 4 corners, 2 gas stations, a barber shop and auto zone on the corners)

go straight for about 1-2 miles and it will be on your left hand side.

the first one that comes up will be private, it is the one right after that.

it will set you back 20 bucks but well worth.

also watch out if you have OB it is VERY SHALLOW IN CERTAIN AREAS BY THAT LAUNCH

X2 same here, cept for the old guy that wont let you launch if you dont have your mufflers in

ya its shallow just stay on the left side and youll be cool there a big sand bar on the right... but most important watch that lake it happens later in the afternoon but if it starts getting alittle choppy get off the lake it turns into a ocean out there and i watch multible people sink there boat there including mine long story but my buddy was driving lol.. i alway go by the wind if it starts getting breazy out its time to go..

Yea the city ramp at Elsinore I used yesterday. It has a lot of sand at the bottom of the ramp and the pier is a wreck, the cleats are all loose or missing. To make matters worse I lost fwd and was stuck in reverse. I was next to the cop pier so I back into it to see what the issue was. While going backwards along the cop pier I hit a lag bolt sticking out and gouged up my transom. Fn BS. What kinda fd up pier has bolts sticking out ?
