Title: Is anyone up for an outing to Pyramid Sunday 11/9

I'm going to head up to Pyramid Lake this Sunday for the day, if anyone is interested in meeting us up there to hang out and have some fun, let me know.

Cool deal, weather should be really nice, I'm going to try and be up there about 9:00ish. This will be my first trip up there. I hear from some others and other form postings that they are super anal about any wetness for that mussel. I keep my boat super clean and dry, but I heard they even check for any water still in the jet bowl... :screwy:..Got news for all of them, it's a boat!..there will always be some residual water in places. What about the 2 1/2 gallons of water still in the block and heads?...My boat hasen't been in any water in five weeks, but I'm still going to blow some air through the bowl and intake, just to be sure. In my opinion I don't see how this Quagga mussel can be stopped, it's just something every body of water has to deal with.

How were the authorities with the noise?  Was the sheriff on the water?

Have never had a problem with the sheriff. My Cuz's boat is as loud as they get and our new friend 86carribean is also and they don't even turn their head . We had our roosters up and still no sweat. They are pretty cool there and that's why I prefer it over castaic

Oh and the sheriff also creep in on jet skis but your good as long as your not actin the fool. Haha

It was a great day, glad you guys came up to hang out. I will be back up there next season for sure for more fun. I'm going to head out to Parker next weekend for the last time this year.
