Was that a case of not running the E rated 10 ply tires? After much research I just put on General AT2's. Quiet yet aggressive tread, and they seem to work real well off road without picking up the gravel much. For some reason the 10 plys don't get the 60K mile tread life rating that the 8 plys do. Oh well . . .
