My buddy suggested going to Pyramid this Friday. Anyone been there? How is it?

welcome to SCJB.
imo, i like it. big enough that its not to crowded on weekends (excluding holiday weekends). they only let on a certain number of jet ski's and boats so you have to get there early. they have off site camping and they allow off site campers to go first in the morning. it can get windy, choppy and then settle down.
if you go we like pics ;D

It is a very nice lake.   Weekdays are not crowded at all.  Last time I was out there on a Friday there was probably a dozen boats out there.

Well did get to pyramid on Friday, but got there today Saturday. Really nice big lake plenty of room to go fast (35mph) whatever. A beach you can pull up to and drop off the troops to cook some lunch. I really liked it but the water was cold. Alot of jets on on the water no baffels, no real inspection just pay the money and drive in.
