Title: where do you launch at lake elsinore?

Im heading down to elsinore next saturday to get the new engine dialed in. where do you recommend to launch?

Post by: wetnwild on June 09, 2013, 08:17:43 PM: I launch at the road runner 32500 riverside drive , just north of west marina not busy at all and it's a great place to test and tune and if you got a problem most of the time you can tune it right on the ramp.

Post by: GoinBrokeBahner on June 09, 2013, 08:26:47 PM: I like to launch at the Crane RV Park. It's usually slow there and they have a nice little beach right next to launch ramp. I have an engine hatch so it gives me a minute to idle around inside buoy line then beach it and have a look inside... It's a small, shallow two lane ramp without a dock.

Seaport sucks. I launched there today for old times sake, and it's shitty and buncha sea-doo knuckleheads almost hit me launching and pulling out.

La Laguna is on the Far East end of the lake. Google it! Super nice. Big dock and calmer water.

Elsinore west will get you in a hurry. That ramp is super slick, I've been stomach deep and had no control. Haha

The Golf Cart Nazi at Marina West is a way bigger asshole than any cop I have ever met, and much much easier to piss off. And the algae on that ramp is ridiculous. I'm liking the new ramp a lot other than there is very little room to get the trailer headed straight down the ramp on a busy day. I am amazed they built the top of the ramp as small as they did. Lots of parking though.
