Hey guys, I’m new to the page. I bought a 76 Hawaiian jet with a built 460 little over a year ago. I’m having some mechanical issues. Since I owned it, I had a surging issue between 3500 rpm’s and 4000 rpm’s. I have changed my ignition over to a marine pro billet MSD ignition with a total advance of 28 degrees. I got new plugs and gapped at .44. Also, rebuilt my Holley 750 DP. I have a 6.5 power valve with 76 main jets and 81 secondary jets.   Also, running fuel pressure at 6psi. The motor was built 30 over with ported heads, roller rockers and 152psi per cylinder. After fighting my issue for over a year, I’m in the need of some advice, or some opinions on a reliable mechanic near Ontario, CA. Any advice is much appreciated .
