Using the website or the mobile app?

Website. I try and click on the name of the person I want to PM and get the red box where the name filed will not populate. The people I am trying to PM are not new users either.

I got it but I cannot respond to it. I get a red x next to your username.

What browser are you using?

I.E. 8

It works fine for me on IE8. Maybe reboot and clear your internet cache?

Or try a different browser like Chrome or Firefox?

Do cookies need to be enabled for the pm program to work?

I can't remember, but my work XP machine had a similar issue and it was a setting. Have Windows 10 now. It's pretty slick.

I was using IE8 and Chrome,  Chrome was glitchy as hell.
