The site is pretty good... I tend to drop in when I'm slow at work. Although there isn't too much traffic in here. Anyhow, a search by "New Posts" is my $0.02 for the day. I find it easier to get the new posts and reply likewise. Just a suggestion.

In your welcome banner there's a line that says "Show unread posts since last visit"; that should be what you're looking for.
