Online orders from SCJB store

Anyone else having troubles getting there orders from the store? I've emailed and called the number left a voicemail and even PM Brad and no response from anyone. I'm not upset I just want to know what's the status of my order.

I submitted a order last week and paid for 2 day shipping and still haven’t received my order either. My last order I got quickly, not sure why I haven’t received this order yet it’s been over a week now..

I apologize, I am out of town for work in Boston. I didn't get a chance to train Brittney before I left on how to manage the orders. I will try to get her up to speed this weekend. I'll be back next Wednesday. Sorry about the delay.

Cool thank you and I completely understand I just ordered some stuff for my wife and kids and wanted to give it to them before I leave to the event at the Avi on Thursday night.
