Why are most of the profile pics so blurry when you try to look at them?

The website for the past 10 years used smaller avatars (profile pictures)....when I did the upgrade a few months ago, it allowed for larger profile pictures on the website. The blurry ones is the old resolution and the person just hasnt updated to a new picture yet.

Gotcha. So if a member makes a pic change now it will show up clear?
