Sorry for the newness but what id the Karma +/- all about?

its a rating system....
youre not able to give anyone karma until you have 20 posts....if someone pisses you off, give them negative karma....if they do something for you, give them positive....
you are only allowed to give one karma ranking every 30 minutes....this keeps people from excessivly voting.

To make this as breif as possible . My aunt of all people pulled the old banana in the tail pipe trick on me with some house she bought and I was going to help (as a co-signer cuz she asked ) her out . Turns out the paper work that I filled out was for me to be on the titlte alone . That's what I get for trusting her . That same day I told her she had to get me out of this deal ASAP and even that would not be fast enough. Two years later she has refied , without me knowing and still tried to get a credit line without me knowing . After several aggravating calls with the refy guy , I finally told him that he never had my permission to run my credit in the first place and that by him goin only through my aunt for all my info just so he could get his money didnt fly with me either .
I ended up goin through another friend to sell the house to her son who stepped up to help us both out of the deal . He wanted some money to pay for the house while he tranfers to his mother so I gave him what he asked for and the he calls me a liar . He also says that any money issue I[b/] had with his mom were between me and her and that I was screwing him. That was on a Saturday night . Tuesday afternoon I was coming home from work when my wife calls me says that someone was meesing with my boat (It used to be parked in front of my parents house in the driveway.) All I could think of is that "someone" took a bat to it and gouged up the gel. So when I get there . This is what I find.

It was kind of an odd situation . The seat that was cut up had a huge bag full of tools in front of it and it was still there , so was a couple brand new chairs in there bags , so was a brand new fold up canopy . Not to mention the two passenger side tires were also cut up.
Now for the Karma . Needless to say I was pissed beyond pissedivity . A few others suggested that I let it go and karma would take care of him . I believe what goes around , comes around or what ever. A couple of weeks later a freind of mine who is still good freinds with my cousin tells me that my cousin was in the hospital and had to have surgery because he busted something inside and had internal bleeding . I said good fock him . A week after that my cousins in a fight and breaks a bottle on somedudes head and needs quite a few stitches in his hand . I said "Good , fock him" . that was some time ago and recently my cousin told another friend of mine that he's been payin for his mother mortgage cuz she dont wanna pay . So he now has to sell her house
As it turns out my buddy that sold the house to my cousin for me made it so that she would be payin on her exsisting balance and I would have a lean on the house for the remainder of the balance since it was sold at market value . I cant wait till they sell that house . So much for being breif. There are a few more juicey details that will make you scratch your head . And laugh.
